The Reseller Program is designed around a straightforward process that provides partners with the tools and flexibility to manage client relationships, sales, and multiple clinics and individual users with ease. Once approved as a LinkHMS reseller, you’ll gain access to our Reseller Portal, your central hub for managing all aspects of your business.
Through the Portal, you can invite clients using your personal referral link to resell LinkHMS licenses under your terms and manage additional users within the clinic subscriptions. We bill you based on your reseller discount, so you earn the margin between the cost charged by LinkHMS and the price you set.
For each clinic added, the Reseller is billed based on our standard pricing, adjusted by your approved discount. For example, if the monthly subscription is $119 and the Reseller has a 50% discount, you would be billed $59.5 per clinic, allowing you to set the resale price and earn the difference. The LinkHMS service charges are paid through the billing section of the Reseller Portal via Stripe. Meanwhile, resellers are responsible for all financial transactions with end users and can bill clients using the method of their choice, such as a direct bank transfer.
Our resellers are granted specific rights to promote and resell LinkHMS licenses, provided that all activities are conducted in accordance with the Reseller Program Terms & Conditions. In turn, we provide all required training and marketing materials, as well as core support to the end users. Misleading promotion or any attempt to reverse-engineer the system is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the program. We focus on building a strong relationship with our partners and setting no time limits on commissions or earning caps on your profits.
