Introducing insurance providers and claims management
The newly added Insurance Providers tab is used to organize and maintain insurers, update provider records, and link patients to the respective providers. It gives your clinic complete visibility and control over your insurer network and fosters coordination between clinical, billing, and insurance teams. The LinkHMS system automatically links every patient’s visit and service, billing records, and claims with the right insurer for improved data integrity.
A new level of efficiency to manage patient insurance and invoices
When the clinic assigns patients to their insurance providers, the coverage information remains accurate and accessible during registration, invoicing, and claim processing. Now, you can review patient insurance details not only in their profile but also directly when creating invoices for visits, admissions, or pharmacy orders. We’ve added the new insurance provider block across all invoices so your staff can quickly review the insurer’s information, contact the provider, and submit claims in one place.
Pharmacy invoice editing is now available
We’d like to announce another improvement to edit pharmacy invoices for greater flexibility and convenience. At the request of our customers, the pharmacy staff can now review and modify pharmacy invoices after the doctor’s requests. They can easily adjust medication items, quantities, prices, discounts, or insurance details directly within the invoice, with all changes securely tracked for compliance and transparency. It allows for correcting and updating pharmacy invoices, supporting billing accuracy and smoother coordination between departments.
Quick data upload for patients and clinic services
The patients and services upload feature makes it simple to bring existing data into LinkHMS using CSV or Excel files. Clinics can quickly import large volumes of records without manual entry. During the new facility onboarding, data updates, or migration from another system, it will support a smooth and accurate transfer of information. With just a few clicks, the necessary records, like the list of patients and services, are uploaded, verified, and ready to use in your clinic.
