LinkHMS - made in Europe to address global healthcare challenges
We created LinkHMS with passion and expertise to instantly enhance healthcare for millions of people worldwide.
Most HMS solutions on the market are overcomplicated, difficult to launch, and burdened with outdated features and code. We built LinkHMS to address these issues, offering a simple, easy-to-start, and robust system with no compromises.
Who we are
LinkHMS is a healthcare technology company based in the Netherlands. Together with our R&D partner Existek, a team with years of experience building bespoke healthcare applications for private clients, we have created a solution that can transform how clinics and hospitals approach digital transformation and rethink how HMS systems are used.
Over the years, LinkHMS has helped clinics and hospitals build and modernise digital healthcare workflows. But we kept seeing the same pattern across the market - hospital management system projects take too long, cost too much, and become difficult to implement and maintain.
That is why LinkHMS created the LinkHMS Hospital Management System. LinkHMS brought world class healthcare product specialists to lead the product concept, define the requirements, and manage the product direction. Existek joined as the development partner, contributing an experienced delivery team of top-tier engineers and project specialists to build and implement the system to the highest standard.
Together, we built a secure Software-as-a-Service platform that makes enterprise-grade hospital management accessible - without sacrificing advanced functionality, reliability, or patient data safety.

How we created LinkHMS
Over the past few years, we’ve developed more than 10 hospital and clinic management systems for individual clients. Drawing from this accumulated experience and collaborating with doctors from across the globe, we created a Hospital Management System that is versatile and designed to meet the needs of all healthcare providers.
Our background
With over 12 years of experience, we’ve developed more than 10 clinic and hospital management systems and over 50 healthcare applications. Our expertise covers every aspect of the process, from creating business workflows and designing interfaces to handling integrations, training staff, and managing full implementations. We specialise in building comprehensive solutions from scratch, ensuring seamless development and deployment for healthcare organisations worldwide.
From blueprint to your clinic
LinkHMS was developed entirely in-house, with no outsourcing, ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance with healthcare standards. Drawing from our extensive experience building systems from the ground up, we crafted LinkHMS with the latest technologies. The result is a modern, fresh, and user-friendly system that meets the rigorous demands of healthcare providers while offering a seamless, secure experience that reflects the cutting-edge advancements in hospital management.
We learned from industry professionals
To perfect LinkHMS, we collaborated with over 1,000 healthcare professionals, including doctors, administrators, nurses, and clinic managers from Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. By understanding their daily operations and challenges, we built a solution that addresses real-world needs. Our system elevates healthcare with unmatched convenience and reliability, tailored to enhance the efficiency of clinics and hospitals worldwide.

Our mission
While working with HMS solutions, we noticed a lack of accessible systems that can be easily deployed in a hospital or clinic within a day. Our mission is to change that with LinkHMS, a SaaS solution offering pay-as-you-go flexibility, making high-quality healthcare management simple and affordable.
HMS is hard to implement
Hospital Management Systems are often difficult to implement, requiring months of consultations, customisations, and extensive documentation by the provider. This complexity makes clinic managers hesitant to implement or update their HMS, delaying improvements.
Start in a few clicks
Anyone can register for a free LinkHMS trial account and easily customise the system to set up their clinic profile. With a simple setup process, you can start using it almost immediately. No need to reach out to the provider for custom implementation processes and months-long consultations.
HMS change is complex
Many clinics need to update their outdated, clunky HMS, but stakeholders often avoid it due to the significant effort required. As a result, they continue using inefficient, outdated systems, delaying essential improvements.
Modern HMS solution
Anyone can register for a free LinkHMS trial account and easily customise the system to set up their clinic profile. With a simple setup process, you can start using it almost immediately. No need to reach out to the provider for custom implementation processes and months-long consultations.
Vague HMS pricing
Most HMS solutions have unclear pricing models, requiring you to request a custom quote by providing user lists in advance. This process takes time and effort, making it difficult to determine if the price is fair or consistent for everyone.
Easy subscription model
With our pay-as-you-go SaaS platform, pricing is predictable. No upfront payments are required, and you only pay monthly based on the number of users you’ve had during that month, ensuring flexibility. You can freely add or remove users without needing to contact the provider to adjust the cost.
No trial before you buy
Most clinic management solutions don’t offer a trial in real-world settings. Instead, they provide demo access, which doesn't align with actual clinic processes and often proves more confusing than helpful for decision-making.
14-days trial period
We offer a 14-day free trial, allowing you to use LinkHMS in your clinic without unnecessary sales demos. You can cancel anytime, as no upfront payments are required, ensuring a risk-free experience tailored to your needs.
High upfront cost
Many HMS providers require a high upfront payment, often starting at $15,000 annually. You must commit to a full year, provide the number of users in advance, and lack flexibility to make adjustments during the term.
Affordable SaaS model
LinkHMS requires no advance payments. Our pricing is monthly, predictable, and easily calculated on our website in seconds. You only pay for the exact number of users you need, offering complete flexibility.
Compliance issues
Older systems struggle to comply with modern regulations and security standards across various countries, posing significant risks to patient data safety. This increases the clinic's responsibility and potential liability for data breaches and non-compliance issues.
All-In-One compliance
LinkHMS is a modern system designed to meet all major compliance standards, ensuring it's ready for use in any country. With advanced security measures, it safeguards patient data while maintaining regulatory compliance globally.
Complexity and trainings
Most current HMS solutions are overloaded with legacy features, making them unnecessarily complex. Their outdated interfaces often require extensive staff training, leading to inefficiency and making it harder to adapt to daily clinic operations.
User friendly HMS
LinkHMS features a modern user interface and intuitive design, making it easy for any user to pick up. Familiar with smartphone and web design, staff can quickly adapt without extensive training.
