What’s new?
LinkHMS team has implemented new functionality and improvements in UI/UX design to help our customers access key features faster and make clinical tasks easier and more convenient. Lately, we’ve rolled out the following HMS updates:
- Fast access to the patient’s profile
- Adding patients’ photos
- Resuming the visit
- Additional scheduling option
- UI/UX design updates
Access the patient’s profile in one click
The LinkHMS team has worked on additional ways to quickly view the patients’ profiles. Besides the standard access from the list of patients, Doctors can now access it from the appointment selector menu.
Also, Doctors receive an additional button to open the patient’s profile at any visit stage.
Add patients’ photos to improve identification in your clinic
From now on, the patients’ profiles will include photos to support accurate, personalized care throughout the treatment process. LinkHMS supports options of both uploading photos and taking images of your patients using your device’s camera.
Resume the ongoing visit at ease from the patient’s profile
For medical practitioners’ convenience, we’ve implemented the additional functionality to continue the visit from any appointment point. If there is an active visit in progress, a Continue Appointment button allows Doctors to jump straight back into the visit with one click. It automatically sends them back to quickly resume work without searching through records or starting over.
Book the appointment directly from the patient’s profile
We’ve extended scheduling with the opportunity to book from the patient’s profile. A new Schedule Visit button is now available on the patient profile. You can schedule directly while viewing or editing a patient’s record by skipping the calendar view. It allows you to instantly set up a visit without switching screens—saving time and keeping the workflow smooth.
Experience new UI/UX design updates
Even the most minor design updates can make a big difference by improving navigation, reducing user confusion, speeding up tasks, and making the system more pleasant to use. The team is continuously working on a better overall experience for our customers.
From the latest improvements, we’ve updated the patient profile by redesigning the tabs and improving how information is organized. Additionally, we’ve applied the same new tab layout to other pages, replacing the old layout with a more user-friendly interface.
