The scheduling journey begins when the Receptionist selects to start a New Visit.

The appointment duration and price will be set automatically, as it is previously configured for each service in the Administration tab.
Once created, it appears in the clinic’s overall schedule and the assigned Doctor’s schedule. The automatic updates and color-coded statutes are helpful for tracking the progress charted by Nurses and Doctors.

Appointments can be selected by date or department, as well as you can simply pick an available slot for a visit with the specific Doctor.
