Our system can provide your clinics with more flexibility, control, and clarity over invoicing and billing processes. The extended features make it easier to charge services, generate accurate invoices, and track payments. LinkHMS now offers improved invoice management and smooth integration with your clinic’s existing workflows.

How invoicing works in LinkHMS

LinkHMS invoicing process has been redesigned for greater control and flexibility. Now, when receptionists and clinic administrators open the Invoices tab, they see all the charges added by doctors during visits, admissions, or from the patient’s record in EMR. These services are collected and displayed for further invoice management. They can manually review and group the services into invoices, ensuring accuracy before finalizing any billing. This approach helps avoid errors and allows for better oversight of what is being charged.

From now on, you can efficiently invoice all types of services provided to patients – whether they are part of scheduled visits, lab tests, inpatient admissions, or one-time services not linked to a specific visit. The system ensures that every service, regardless of how or when it was delivered, is accurately recorded and available for invoicing. It becomes easier to maintain clear financial records and issue complete, transparent invoices for all chargeable activities.

LinkHMS supports full visibility into your billing process through real-time invoice monitoring. As services are added and invoices are created, the system also reflects the current color-coded statuses. Single billing profiles integrated with the patient’s EMR

Invoices integrated with the patient’s EMR ensure that all billable services added during visits, admissions, or tests are automatically captured and linked to the patient’s invoicing history. Besides the general Invoices tab, the patient’s profile includes a separate tab to collect invoices for the specific patient, gathered in one place. That eliminates the need for duplicate data entry, reduces billing errors, and keeps both clinical and financial records synchronized for easier management and transparency.

  • The Individual Plan is available at $7 per month for a single user.
  • The Clinic Plan starts at $29 per month for each admin user, with an additional $7 monthly charge for each extra user.
  • Built-in invoicing functionality is included in every plan, with no limits on the number of invoices that can be created.
