LinkHMS has launched the Reseller Program to build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with our resellers. It opens up a unique opportunity to grow your business while providing your clients with access to our advanced hospital management solutions. Learn how the Reseller Program works and how you can earn ongoing commission by referring your clients.
You can initiate the partnership with LinkHMS by submitting an application form through our website. Once approved, you’ll receive a personalized link to access the Reseller Portal and complete the profile registration.
Every reseller agrees to operate in compliance with the Reseller Program Terms and Conditions, which are accepted upon submission of the application.
The Reseller Portal serves as your central hub for referring and managing your customers. You can monitor all the interactions, manage users and clinic subscriptions, track your sales performances, and get billed for LinkHMS licenses you’ve sold.
Before starting to sell, our partners also gain access to a trial version of the LinkHMS system. It is a good practice to explore our products firsthand. You can click around, test features, and see how everything works from a clinic’s perspective. The LinkHMS team also provides helpful training materials that break down each module and explain how to present the system to potential clients.
It’s recommended to fill in their demo account with example data, creating a realistic environment for demos.
Resellers can also book a special training session with the LinkHMS representatives to ask questions and sharpen the pitch. It allows you to become ready, informed, and fully equipped to start offering LinkHMS and earning from your sales.
The trial period for the clinics that our Resellers use for the demos can be extended for one year; simply contact the LinkHMS team via WhatsApp or email.
When you are ready to start inviting potential customers, you can instantly share the personalized referral link through the Reseller Portal. It enables complete visibility into further license sales and connects customers to your reseller accounts to initiate payouts.
With the new clinic registration, your customers receive a 14-day trial account and can add as many system users as needed. However, after the trial ends, adding new users will require your approval as the reseller. You can manage all user-related permissions and settings directly in the Reseller Portal under the clinic’s profile.
Resellers are billed for each clinic and the number of user licenses they use, with your personal discount of up to 50% automatically applied. For instance, if the standard monthly charge is $119 for one Administrator and two Doctors, you could be billed $59.50 per clinic with a 50% discount.
Resellers can add as many new customers as they need, with each clinic or individual practice billed separately.
Consequently, LinkHMS provides you with the flexibility to set your own resale price and maintain your desired profit margin. It’s the reseller’s responsibility to handle customer billing on your end and charge them for LinkHMS licenses. You can use bank transfers, invoices, or your own payment system to maintain full control over your pricing and payment methods.
All activities carried out under the program must comply with the agreed-upon Reseller Program Terms and Conditions.
Our partnership model is built on long-term trust and transparency – there are no limits on how much you can earn and no expiration on the commissions you receive from your active clients. If the referred clinic extends to more users, they will need to contact you directly to request your approval. These requests are easily managed through the Reseller Portal for complete visibility over each clinic’s user base. No additional licenses are activated without your confirmation, so you can maintain accurate records across all your managed clinics.
This ensures that only approved users are counted toward your reseller charges, providing you with complete oversight of your billing responsibilities. Also, you can easily deactivate the clinic or its users and make them non-billable. Their licenses no longer appear in your LinkHMS reseller bills.
The Reseller Program grants you specific rights to control your customer relationships, user management, and billing. LinkHMS is interested in supporting long-term, flexible, and profitable partnerships with resellers that operate in compliance and maintain a professional standard in their interactions with clients and use of the system.
