LinkHMS is a cloud-based hospital management system requiring no installation or complex set-up processes. You simply register online, customize a few settings for your clinic, and start using it immediately.

The clinic registration is quick and simple. As you visit the LinkHMS web portal, you can create an account adding basic details about your clinic. After submitting, you check the email inbox for a verification link to confirm the email address and activate your LinKHMS account.

The system provides in-app tutorials and guidance to familiarize you with functionality and quick tips for setting up your organization. LinkHMS – How does it work

The LinkHMS system helps you build the workflow around existing departments, available services, and doctors who provide these services within departments. It’s important to specify these components as they allocate resources within your workflow, communicate offerings, and ensure smooth delivery of the provided services.

The first steps with LinkHMS include setting up departments, assigning the services with prices, and adding your clinic staff to those departments, which specifies the list of the services they can provide.

In order to start using LinkHMS for your clinic, you’ll need to: Create Departments – Create a List of Services in those Departments – Create Users in the system – and assign those Users to the Departments.

Just as the clinic consists of different departments, the LinkHMS allows you to add as many Departments as you want. All you need to do is fill in the required details and save the Department.

✅Create service

All the Services your clinic provides should be listed in the Administration module. It is important to assign Services to the correct Departments and set the service status to Active so that it is visible and usable in the system. When you list the service type, price, duration, and the department it belongs to, it can be properly offered and integrated with scheduling, invoice generation, etc.

The same services can be assigned to multiple departments.

Similarly to building your clinic’s team, you start engaging your staff members to utilize the LinkHMS system. Clinic Admins can add an unlimited number of Users specifying their roles as Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists, and Lab Workers.

When you assign a User (Doctor, Nurse, etc.) to a Department – this way you automatically specify the list of the Services that the User is authorized to provide in the clinic.
